Yes my sister received the package for her birthday but unfortunately the dedication writtten is wrong. Receiver's name is [****] from TOKYO.The Balloon is different as well, but that is okay and just minor issue atleast it says Happy Birthday.😊You will see on my order form that my dedication or message is different. The package is over all nice, on time delivery, efficient ordering platform, great deal, but to those who receive it will (slight) quite give a feeling of disappointment (especially if BF/GF).It is my 2nd order to Flower Chip PH, 3rd in SG and hope my 4th order for July 18 will have the correct birthday greeting/message.Hoping it won't happen again.Thank you very much
